The Citizen Voice Lab is an innovative digital platform launched by JAMAA Grands Lacs to promote the inclusion of young people and women in the process of participatory democracy in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This initiative is fully in line with the objective of promoting citizen participation, accountability and transparency, essential elements for democratic and effective governance.

The Citizen Voice Lab platform provides a space for meetings and dialogue between citizens, opinion leaders and political-administrative authorities. It enables citizens to express themselves directly with their elected representatives, ask questions, share their concerns and receive feedback on their grievances. This digital device strengthens communication between the various political players and the population, while fostering the creation of an environment conducive to constructive democratic debate.

In addition to facilitating exchanges, Citizen Voice Lab becomes a genuine tool for popular mobilization. It serves as a source of local information, essential for the dissemination of public policies, development projects and civic issues. This enables the population to be better informed about political decisions and to have direct access to the actions of their representatives.

This program aims to reinforce the accountability of elected representatives to their commitments to citizens, while offering innovative spaces for more transparent and inclusive governance. By facilitating direct interaction between citizens and their political leaders, Citizen Voice Lab actively contributes to the consolidation of democracy in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
